• Job well done! Met Patty (the owner) during a promotional event in my building. The scheduling was fast and easy. The costs are slightly cheaper than outside and they do even have additional discounts. The service was prompt and on time. I called to postpone by 45 min and they obliged. Patty showed up along with a technician as her operations manager was sick. They did a great job, the car looks and feels clean and fresh.

With DetailXperts, I received same day service when I contacted them in the morning. Their team is very responsive and clear. I felt confident that after their service, my car was pristine!
  
  The entire process was seamless, taking about three hours to deep clean my car. I appreciate the green and environmentally friendly philosophy the company adheres too. The car is still smelling fresh, and I am glad to know I am not inhaling harsh chemicals. It has been a few weeks since the cleaning, and my car has no trace smells from that one messy evening. • I mean what can I say negative?! They were on time, they were efficient, they were courteous, and they delivered! My car was a mess. I told patty I was embarrassed she said don't be that's why she is there! Not only was my car clean, she forgot to clean my windshield and she came back and did it! Now that is customer service! In the pictures you see where she spot cleaned and it looks wet but it looks and smells GREAT! She even got out the "art" my toddler left on the door and window with a pint marker! She has a forever customer in me! Oh and she cleaned my toddlers car seat for me!!!!!

• Asked to have my a sticker removed on my taillight and did not even need to be there. They are mobile and will arrive where your car is so you don't have to take time out of your day. The removal was very clean and no scratches were made. Excellent work

• My daughter's car needed car detailing after being shipped through half of US. I called and spoke with Patty (the owner) - got advice on what the best option was for the car. The Gold package was the "it".

  Recently I asked for cleaning the car and adding a protective coat for the car shipment. 
  I would have paid over $120, but Pat advised a more appropriate service for half price!
  This is what I call an honest and great service!
  To bad that my daughter shipped car to us so she no longer needs service there (for now). 
  Again I will repeat: I wish I had the same option in Twin City MN!

  I got my car detailed today at place of my work. Patty and her technician came 10 minutes before the appointment time. They truly know the meaning of the word "detail." I haven't seen my car this clean and spotless since I bought it brand new in 2011 from the dealership. I will be using them regularly to have a clean car. Pricing is perfect. • They came out to clean my car's interior and they were punctual despite not having the right address. They were understanding and came to a second location without any problems. They worked on my car and my car looked so clean I thought I was going to have to ask people to wear shoe covers before entering my car lol! It's so easy for me to maintain it right now. • I'm so impressed by the work that was done on my car. I'm embarrassed to post the "before" pictures - the seats and carpets were dirty and stained, the center console was sticky and grimy. The "after" pictures are another story - it looks better than I've ever seen it. 
  
  Both technicians were friendly, professional, and extremely thorough. They arrived at my home exactly at the appointed time, and worked quickly and efficiently. We did a walk-through beforehand and they took note of the stains and my areas of concern, all of which were addressed well beyond my expectations. They took the time to show me the work that they had done and make sure that I was fully satisfied with their work before leaving. 
  
  Their steam cleaning equipment is fast, powerful, and safe for the environment. All of the cleaning materials are eco-friendly, and I didn't have to worry about runoff or chemicals left behind in the driveway.

• I am so thrilled with this business! They were very prompt in responding to my request for an interior detail and were available on the weekends. My car looks better than it did when I bought it! As a nanny, my car gets a lot of use and was in desperate need of a crumb, spill, sunscreen, and dog hair clean up!They spent four hours detailing my car and it shows. I appreciate what the technicians did for me and highly recommend their service!
  
  I update my review to remove a star because after closer inspection, I find the my backseats still have some staining from a chocolate milk spill... I was charged an extra $50 for a more difficult clean up job, so I would have hoped this has been taken care of.

• They did an amazing job cleaning up the Ford Focus that my son used for the past 6 years.  I've attached two before photos showing what it looked like on the outside before and after.  The interior photos don't have before shots, but imagine the interior of a car belonging to a college student who never cleaned it out and left empty cans, bottles, used books, gifts that he didn't want, etc. in the car.  When he dropped the car off with me after getting a new car, the trunk was full of stuff that I had to sort into keep, goodwill and trash piles.  Ditto the back seat.  Now it is spotless.  They did a great job and I didn't have to drop it off and pick it up.  Highly recommended.

• Our DetailXPerts experience was five starts, from start to finish, and having a service come to you makes it so easy. We asked for a quote through Yelp and got a response and answers through several rounds of Q+A almost instantaneously. Pricing was completely transparent. Booking was super easy with great text reminders and arrival updates. Then, the actual work they did was perfection. They showed up on time, spent HOURS cleaning every inch and detail of our car that was full of crumbs and dirt from our two little girls, and didn't leave until we signed off on a job complete and well done (which it absolutely was on the first try). • When this crew says they DETAIL they're not kidding! I have never seen more thorough service on a vehicle. Amazing!
  Our son's car was disgusting inside with cologne, lattes, rotten food, coins, and god knows what. Gross.
  We vacuumed and wiped down the interior ourselves but the dirt was strong. We only skimmed the surface. Not good enough to sell the car, so I reached out to these folks on Yelp and selected them from multiple bidders.
  I like that they came on site and were fully self contained. They were polite and on time and communicated very well through the whole process.
  I highly recommend this company and will use them again if we need detailing.

• Pattie and her coworker were on time, thorough, and up front. My car has never been cleaner since the day it rolled off the lot. They got out dog poop, two seasons of hiking, and the dirt and remnants of fire wood all over the interior of the trunk. Looked like a brand new car. It took five hours, and they came to me. They offered to drop my keys off in a drop spot if I wasn't going to be home when they finished. They texted me when they hit traffic (were still on time).
